ABOUT ME

I'm a student midwife.

I live with my husband and our cat Amelia. We live (for now) in Astoria, a suburb of New York City, but who knows where we'll go next! Edit: now we live in Buford. Go figure.

I like noodles, good beer and Ikea. I dislike oxford commas, ethnocentrism and wedding planning.

According to Netflix, I watch a lot of Grey's Anatomy, but I promise that's not really a good mark of character.

Here are some of our favorite shows: Sherlock, Doctor Who and How I Met Your Mother. We're watching Parenthood right now.

The last few movies that we've watched: Love Actually, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and tonight, the Hobbit!

As for reading, I'm reading a book on the development of knitwear through the 20th century and Ben is reading the Bourne Trilogy. We just finished reading Ender's Game aloud.
