Hi! My name is Keenan and I just bought my first house in San Luis Obispo, CA. I love to travel and meet new people. With my new home I am hoping to share it with others looking to see the Central Coast. I have a passion for culture and am an intermediate Spanish speaker hoping to be fluent by the end of the year.

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people and experience the world in a more holistic way. I backpacked through Europe for three months and loved hosteling because I met people from around the world. Ideally I get as close to the culture of the city as I can, and I believe couch surfing is one step closer. People who have invited me to their homes while I've traveled have been amazing and CS streamlines that process.

I also just bought my first home and now I have the opportunity to share my home with others. For those people who are travelling around the world and want a place to stay I can help with that! I've always loved helping others and this allows me to do that with a house that is too big for me.

Stopped pursuing my dream to backpack through Europe for three months on a 50$ budget a day, solo, with Skechers walking shoes. Visited 20 countries and took over 60 trains, about 12 hitches, and a half dozen buses. Bought a tent in Greece and slept on the beaches of Ikaria for one week. Then wrote a book about the whole thing.
