About Me
Howdy peeps,
I've hosted 55 surfers from 23 countries so far.
My apartment is open to primarily friendly, clean and gracious-minded travelers who are truly adventurous and keen to explore our beautiful, modern and green island called Singapore.
No offence to male travelers but female surfers are generally neater and tidier and here to visit rather than focus on short term pursuits.
I've lived in Australia for 10 years and have recently moved back to Singapore for work; and set up a base for global travel..
My apartment is located near Changi Intl Airport and offers full sea views of East Coast Beach and overlooking Batam Island. It is also a walking distance to beachside amenities such as - kite surfing, skateboarding, and a local food centre.
Surfers can go for a run at the beach in the morning, or rent a bike to cycle to Gardens by the Bay from my apartment. Total flexibility is offered and you can enter and leave the apartment at your own discretion, so do make the most of your time here and fulfill your desired plans with no restrictions. (Pls do not view this as a free hotel)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness." (Mark Twain)
I have traveled the world and met lots of amazing people on my journeys, so I'd like to return the favor back to others because the world is a book and those who do not explore read only a page.
Surfers can expect to exchange their travel experiences with me and have meaningful real-world conversations, so I look forward to guests who are genuinely polite and interesting.
And there is nothing better than having a 'local' guide you through your journey here and avoid the tourist commercialism that is so prevalent in our world these days. You will see and experience how the locals think and their favorite meals in true Singapore fashion.
It will be helpful to communicate through social media apps like WhatsApp or Line etc. so that we may keep in touch and I may be able to assist your navigation in Singapore more efficiently.
I would also appreciate if Couchsurfers respond PROMPTLY on messages, as there have been numerous requests to stay at my apartment, yet I have to ensure that every true surfer gets an equal opportunity to experience the authentic local living and all your dates are well-planned and thought out.
“A good traveler is one who does not know where he is going to, and a perfect traveler does not know where he came from.”
