I'm an American who is working in French schools for seven months as a foreign language teaching assistant. I grew up in Northern Virginia, went to school at the University of Virginia, and then worked at a non-profit law firm that represented people who have been sentenced to death in Virginia.

I like all sorts of music. If I had to pick two over-simplified genres, I'd pick hip-hop and indie rock. Some of favorite artists: Beach House, Grizzly Bear, Kanye West, James Blake, Deerhunter, Real Estate, Radiohead, Anderson .Paak.
