Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I recently retired from the construction field and working on seeing as many different sunsets in as many different locations as I can. I packed up my big red beast (Toyota FJ Cruiser) and started driving.
Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is very diverse Leonard Cohn, Brown Birds, Drop city Yacht club, Gogol Bordello, Nina Simone, and R.L. Burnside just to name a few. Movies - Fight Club, Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Tucker and Dale VS evil, Shawshank Redemption, Black Snake Moan (mainly for the music) Books - Jitterbug Perfume, most westerns (love the high lonesome), The Secret Life of Bees (never seen the movie), The Red Tent, and always up for suggestions.
