I love to travel, hike, camp and fish. I had to be a nomad in my past life. I don't smoke cigarettes, do love a good cigar and friendly in others things I do enjoy an evening drink as well. I do not have any pets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently retired from the construction field and working on seeing as many different sunsets in as many different locations as I can. I packed up my big red beast (Toyota FJ Cruiser) and started driving.

Movies - Fight Club, Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Tucker and Dale VS evil, Shawshank Redemption, Black Snake Moan (mainly for the music)
Books - Jitterbug Perfume, most westerns (love the high lonesome), The Secret Life of Bees (never seen the movie), The Red Tent, and always up for suggestions.
