I was born in a cabin in the woods, in the middle of nowhere. So as beginnings go it's the start of a promising story, I figure I might as well make this an interesting one.

I'm a bit of a Jack of All Trades and a constant explorer and learner in the areas of culture and knowledge, it seems like a good idea to extend that to the physical world as well.

I've hatched a crazy plan to visit a Makerspace in every state of the US... and beyond, over the next few years. Vlogging the interviews I have with the makers and their projects. The first leg of this journey has 32 stops along the way, starting in January.

Not satisfied with that I also want to meet up with youtubers, artists, and writers along my way and talk and share ideas, on or off camera, about the processes of all the various ways of being a creative person in our world.

I don't know that I'd call it amazing but everybody around here is fascinated by how I turned a waste solution for derusting truck frame parts into an ebonizing finish for oak woodwork, a clothing dye, and the base for an ink.
