Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love how small the world gets with this program. I think it is good to share abundance and care for each other. I have surfed in the past, and hosted when I had my own place. It was always a rewarding experience. I am hoping to travel to New Zealand in the next couple of years, and plan to surf a little while there.
Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy a range of music from classical to country to techno. The only types I really don't enjoy much would be rap and yodeling. My favorite movies are usually classics from the 80s. I enjoy most movies though unless they are the really brain dead ones that hollywood comes up with sometimes. I enjoy historical fiction the most. Art books are a close second.

I can leave you a drawing or little painting if I am staying with you. I can cook a decent meal too. Any general labor you might need also, I love to work in the yard and garden.
My Interests
I love the outdoors most of all. I enjoy hiking, camping, backpacking, and swimming. Road trips and travel are what I usually look forward to. I am an artist by trade so I usually draw and paint most places I go.
