ABOUT ME

I am a solo mum to a gorgeous and funny little 5 year old girl. I work part time, and the rest of the time we are busy doing fun 'kid' stuff. We are happy and we love making new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled to many places, and the best experiences I have had are when I have met local people and they have shared their life with me for a short period.

My first experience with couch-surfing was meeting 2 lovely people who had been travelling the world for 8 years. I invited them to stay at my little house in Warburton and they were so lovely, they ended up staying a few weeks. We became great friends which really has been a lovely experience. I have attended a few gatherings and met other people in the Yarra Valley couchsurfing network, and I was blown away by how lovely everyone is. What a great network!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The Irishman who build a pub on an island in PNG - he paddled us over to it for a pint, driving 4000kms around North WA in a 4WD with the girls and stoping every time the sun went down for a G&T, watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat, riding a motorbike through the hills of Vietnam... many more things to come I hope.
