Overview
About Me
I'm a 27 y/o Person currently taking a break from studying. Traveling through Europe to escape the academic-bubble for a while and learn some new stuff about our world.. (Therefore I'm unable to host atm)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to avoid coasting through the placed I visit like a ghost without leaving any mark at all. And after trying CS a bit, I agree it is a great way to do so. I like how it seems that those people who decide to enrich the lifes of those traveling just set their mind to it and thereby create nice experiences. :D Ofc there is the money aspect and just how nice it is to be introduced to a city by a local with all the juicy inside knowledge. :)
Interests
Mostly reading and languages. Recently got into learning things by heart and memory techniques. Also I enjoy writing creative messages or poems and put them into random places to surprise people..
Music, Movies, and Books
This could be a long list, but isn't :D
Music: Pink Floyd or Tame Impala.. and Rotfront is lots of fun! Books: Recently finished Howls moving castle, great characters (&great movie). Reading At The Existentialists Café (forgot to mention I dabble at philosophy).
Some friendly person recently dragged me into checking out animes, so that is there too now.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well I'm doing a nice thing now, filling out those delightful cs-forms.
I'd say my Travelyear which is happening at the moment counts :D
Teach, Learn, Share
Sharing? Sure. :) I'm rly interested in picking up some stuff about the local languages. Happy to teach whatever I can.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Find out by yourself? :)
I guess I approach many things in an unsual way and gladly share my worldviews with anyone interested. I recently had a talk about how in CS there is this very positive self-portrait panting thing going and I'm trying to not do it... :o
