Movies: That depends even more on the mood, but i like documentaries about people that have done amazing things. Of course, i like the guilty pleasures as well, Will Ferrell, etc.

A positive laid back attitude. Open-minded conversation is great over drinks, or a random spontaneous jaunt into the wilderness. Come what may!
