Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I want to explore new areas and meet new people. I think that the best way to get to know a place or a culture is to meet the people. Staying in hotels and seeing the usual tourist sites can be fun, but I don't feel like you really get to know a place without knowing the people.

My CS Experience:
My cousin and I took a trip across southern France and northern Spain last year. We stayed with hosts in Bordeaux, Narbonne, Barcelona, Pamplona & San Sebastian. On a different trip, my parents and I were hosted by an awesome woman and her two children on our way through La an der Thaya, Austria. Each host was incredible and made our trip something to remember. I have never had a bad experience and I hope to continue to meet new friends from around the world.

I used to host and we had a number of incredible guests. My living situation has changed so I usually cannot host guests, I also live 20 miles from the city so transportation is an issue. If you are interred please reach out and I will see if I can host you. I have a couch that folds out into a queen size bed.

I like a lot of music, from rock to country to classical to pop. I like to watch movies now and then, but I am not much of a film buff. I do not like celebrity gossip and usually cannot identify any famous people. I love to read, usually fiction, but don't get as much time for it as I would like.
