One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Practiced self compassion & got off the conventional path despite it being really scary.
Also have lived in rural Costa Rica for 2.5 months with a Spanish speaking host family to work a coffee harvest despite knowing very minimal Spanish and going with a person I didn't know very well & not being a big coffee drinker!
