Overview
About Me
I'm an environmental science student who wants to do what I love now - I may not have the same opportunities later.
I plan on travelling around Australia. I haven't yet decided if I will do it in a van or by bicycle. For now, short road trips sustain me when my work and university schedules allow it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I'd love to connect with like-minded travelers. I believe that sharing is caring and that sleeping on a couch eases pressure on the housing industry.
Interests
I love the outdoors, am currently studying environmental science, and play a bit of percussion (although, it has been a year since I last got into it). I am fascinated by art and enjoy living within my means.

My recent book binge was Clive Cussler. Now, I mostly read environmental reports - how exciting!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked on a research project in Costa Rica trying to figure out why the now critically-endangered Leatherback turtles experienced a sudden and severe decline in population. I lived with a local family in an undeveloped village.
Teach, Learn, Share
Education is how people grow. I am willing to share my knowledge and learn what other people have discovered on their journey through life.
Countries I’ve Visited
Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea
