ABOUT ME

I am 41 years a Tanzanian citzen married with two children,I do not intend to have more children.Apart from my teaching career,I belong to two organisations both community based.The first one is FORT(fellowship of reconciliation Tanzania which deals with imparting education on peace and reconciliation to the community and the second is the organisation for the welfare of mentally retarded children(OMRC) in which i play a leading role in creating awareness among the parents of mentally retarded children that their children have opportunity to be educated in special schools and encouraging them to send their children to school.My ambitions in future is to further my education up to a degree level or even a phD.My long dream and interest is to travel outside my country to learn new cultures and meet with other people around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a kind of people who does not believe in failing,Whenever I want to achieve something I carryout whatever it takes to succeed despite all hinderances.I regret only when I have not tried.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year in December I was visited by Mr Magoha,a friend of mine who stayed with me for seven days.I received him at the bus stand,drove home through a hired taxi.At home he was given a special room in which he used to sleep,He then was given some water to bath followed by tea then a meal.During his stay we used to exchange ideas on development issues from each other.We had a visit at Usangu National park for viewing wild animals i.e elephants,giraffes,zebra etc.He left for Iringa his homeplace by bus.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy action packed movies such commando,redheat by Anold Schwarzenegger;Absent without leave by Van Damme.As far as music and books are concerned, I like reggae and novels especial of comedy types.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my lifetime I have come across with many things but the most astonishing thing I have seen is the fallen piece of star.This piece of star had fallen from the main star during the middle of 20th centuary.The location where it settled is in Mbozi District in Mbeya region Tanzania.Many people get amazed when they visit it.It is now a tourist attraction.
