Overview
About Me
What was first planned as a 3 month getaway turned into 5 years of a backpacking the world. I walked away from the corporate life to travel full time while working remotely because life is stupidly short and I’d rather not wait until after retirement to do things.
On some days I Teach, Write, and occasionally care for animals when I am in my hometown. (Los Angeles)
On other days I’m playing tennis, pickleball, hiking, cooking, or eating at a restaurant that hasn’t been flooded by IG influencers yet.
My personal motto that you must try everything in life, At least twice. :P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing Experience•
I’ve met with groups in different countries, let people stay in my home while abroad, and went on many excursions with Couch-surfers to explore the surroundings.
The most fun thing about CS is the opportunity to grow and learn from another person and their experiences. There’s a reason for everything, and it’s humbling how big this world is and how little I know. Ultimately I’d like to make a difference, acquire richness through the memories and connections I’ve collected, and bring a little more light and peace to myself and to others. If ever you’re in Los Angeles, my home is open to you and you best bet I know where all the yummy places are to eat.

I played College-level tennis - I can whoop you on the courts or show you techniques to try and beat me.

I meditate and practice yoga and its more fun to do it with friends :)

I’m learning guitar & piano. I sing better than I play. I’ve always wanted to form an All- Girl band but drunken kareoke is also a good time.
I’d love to get better with my Spanish! I speak proficient Tagalog :)
