I have the basic needs - towels, kitchen, etc. The sleep is available on sofa and on inflatable beds but with 90% privacy (10% go to evening before the sleeping time when I can be in the room together with you since my PC is there).
Usually I don't have time to hang out together but I can suggest places and of course general local behavior/expectations.
And the most important is to share personal/city/country stories with the guest(s)
