Playing in the mountains as much as possible with my awesome Husband Brad.

ABOUT ME

My husband Brad and I are keen on almost anything outdoors! Our next big trip will be to Nepal come the fall. In the interim we try to get out of the city as much as our jobs will let us.

I'm a gluten-free, vegan and Brad is a cheeseburger ultra fan so together we like to eat and cook almost anything ;)

Our biggest home projects include fermentation (wine, beer, cider, sauerkraut, kombucha and mustard) and growing our board game collection. We tried to do very complicated origami the other night and it was a big flop but fun to try.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Havn't had much space/time to host in the past couple of years but we are excited to get back into the community! We are looking for a place to call home and find the best ways to learn about a community is to stay with people in that community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed around Europe for 4 Months with my friend Jake (mentioned in some comments) and it was the most rewarding travel experience of my life! Last time I moved (to Portland, OR) I stayed with Couchsurfers while I found a place to live and my couchsurfing friends became some of my best friends in Portland. Every couchsurfer I have met has been totally awesome and I feel very lucky to have shared an evening, a meal, a drink, a hike and little piece of my life with them.
