I Love life and thats me. Im all about good vibes and good people. I enjoy healthy living, an active lifestyle, and a passion of music. I surf, skateboard, snowboard, rock climb, and love the outdoors. I love all types of food from all over the world and enjoy cooking. Currently I run an urban farm and natural food store in Black Mountain, NC. Another huge part of my existence is music, I play many string instruments and love making music!

I can teach all sorts of musical instruments, some stuff on nutrition and health. farming and gardening techniques. and surfing. Plus I would regard my self as rather chill, so how ever that helps!
