ABOUT ME

I'm a slow motion ("MY PACE" DE IKUMONO) and quiet person but it doesn't mean i'm not listening to what people have to say. Slow motion just means it takes me time to reply to people, make a decision, etc, but once it decided, I usually don't change my mind.

I like discovering new ideas, concepts, ways of thinking and learning new things.

I try to stay away from controversies, fights or people who definitively want to convince me that they are right. But I like people with their own way of thinking, independantly and going their way, enjoying life.

I live between Paris and Biarritz (south-West of France)a city that reminds me where I lived in Japan (Sea, mountain, good food, nice people, city and countryside....enjoyable, no?) and I'd be glad to share my love for those places with you!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some couchsurfers recently in Paris and spent some time in Malta with Nicky (our host).

Intereses

Japan, Asian cultures and everything that remains to be studied and discovered.
Like: picking up a book at the library without checking the title (great surpises to expect).

Puzzled by: computers and their stubburn way of "thinking". Dialogue is just not possible.

Music: Champions and the G-strings, Cranberries, Cocteau twins, Leftism, Massive Attack, Morcheeba, Beethoven, Kuti, Tomoyasu Hotei, The Boom, Zebda, Ojos de Brujo, J. Brel, but also Led zeppelin . I recently discovered Bandabardo, MCR and F. De André : pretty good.
Authors : Amadou Amphaté Ba, Kipling, V. Hugo, essays. I usually prefer essay to novels but I like "Dune".

I can teach how to try to convince a computer it shoud obey you, or how to switch on a lamp that is not plugged or other many useless things like that!! (yes, je suis tête en l'air, or even better, je suis dans la Lune)
