ABOUT ME
### Currently out of Sakhalin since june 2014, went to Chukotka for the whole summer ###
Hey there! For me this all is about travel, I like to learn about indigenous cultures, their languages, do photography... Yes, I am a hitch-hiking addict, for me this is an excellent way to meet people around me and a fastest way to get to know the country I am in. Originally from Moscow, I lived for some time in the Arctic Russia, that's Yakutia and Chukotka, also for last three years - in Sakhalin.
PHILOSOPHY
All this around us is a Movie. So watch it! It gets more and more interesting every day you live!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I recently changed my CS registration from Chukotka to Sakhalin, both in the Russian Far East.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well I also use hospitalityclub.org under the same username and I was using it before couchsurfing, finding this one more broadly expanded. Before that there was a Lithuanian Hith Hiker's Club database which puts us back through 1999, also back then I been using stay4free.com under username ksavva. So all together, USA, Canada, New Zealand, well, Russia, of course, Greenland, Iceland, some other countries, that I can't think of right now.
Interests
Didn't I forget to mention about hitch-hiking in that "personal description" section above? Just kiddin'... Photography, World Travel, Arctic (Chukotka, Alaska, Yakutia and Greenland in particular), Northern Cultures, Ethnic, also Isolated (well... more or less) Cultures of the Pacific and PNG. Now since 2011 I live in Sakhalin. And work for a regional TV. It is quite unusual for me to stay at one place now, work and have a lifestyle of millions... But it gives me opportunity to host people in return now. Come over!
