I'm a foodie traveller which means that i like to eat with locals.
My favourite food is Filipino Cuisine, especially from Pampanga Province ex-aequo (equal) to Polish Cuisine.
Number two - african tagine, especially topped with camel meat.

My goal for my last trip to Western Africa was to try famous African Camel Cheese.
I didn't try it yet, but hopefully in the future I will..
