I'm just a simple Russian girl, I've got vodka in my blood, so I dance with brown bears and my... hell no haha, fortunately that's not about me. I know many stereotypes about nationalities and I love to ruin them - so f ex if people think Russians r unfriendly and gloomy, I'll be the one smiling at them until my cheeks hurt, oh, and I hate vodka haha but ofc in the same time good stereotypes r only a pleasure to confirm :)
As for usual non-traveling life, I'm studying tourism in uni and working in news agency, so I have not so much free-time, but when I do, I try to get the best from it, specially during traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I think, we r insanely lucky to be born on such a spectacular planet filled with incredible places and dissimilar people, so that it's just a crime against urself not to try to see the most of it. And it's great that more and more people r starting to think same nowadays and travel more. Now, with all planes, trains, hotels and guides it's much easier to do on one hand.. But also, on another hand, it became harder, because local people, specially in popular places, get used to tourists around them all the time and usually they aready don't want to go first for communication themselves, as it could have been before, and it's logical of them.. so most of people get only the picture of the place, that tourguides and stuff let them get.. And CS became an excellent the solution for us, it's an amazing opportunity to know a local way of life and foreign culture better

(blablabla. short not-poetic version: just wanna meet cool people and see cool stuff. heh)
