I'm most often quite the calm guy. Social and sometimes even funny. I'm well fluent in English and really like speaking it. So don't be afraid of starting a conversation!
I have a daily practice of meditation and yoga, which I'm for the most part able to stick to. I'm always open if you want to join me or share some of your own experiences in these fields if you have any 😊.
