Until a certain time at the moment, I study the peculiarities of the manifestation of my personality inside and outside, sometimes choosing the most non-standard ways for an ordinary person to do this.

At some point, I wondered: do people living in cities show me the only possible scenario of events?

The space prompted me to the inevitable situation, and in 2010 I made my first independent journey. Then, after reading books about “free people,” I went to live from the city to the forest, which was very different from the urban attacks on nature.

Life has changed - the environment has changed. "New people" and situations opened the curtain, revealing another reality.

Next was the work with fears and I left people. For a long time. Many friends lost me. I lived in the forest, often alone, finding lonely places for myself. Or I got acquainted with specific people who previously seemed to me "strange."

They taught me to "communicate with the forest", to feel at home there.

I really appreciate these moments now, they let me face many fears, challenging them.

I remember how the first time I almost got gray-haired from the forest, after spending the night on the lid of the dolmen settlement. Pshada.

As soon as night came down, strange sounds around me dread terrible pictures in my mind. At midnight the jackals began to howl))

At that time I already visited India as a tourist. But I also wanted more, and in 2011-2012 my friend and I made an independent journey, choosing as his theme ashrams of spiritual teachers.
Having met the end of the world on Mount Arunachala, we dispelled the myth of the end of the world. And the personality again changed direction.

Practicing hitchhiking allowed me to find a language with different people and get out of any situations. In Abkhazia, this way you can climb into remote villages at the foot of the mountains, and communication allows you to find accommodation with the local population.

You study outside - study inside. I have always been interested in various systems of personal analysis, but the standard horoscope did not give general knowledge.

When you go out into society after a long retreat, you experience various kinds of influences around your chelogrek).

I began to be interested in different personal analysis systems, random people helped me in this — non-random people. Start with yourself. Much converged. Then, relatives and relatives surrounding me. The picture cleared up more and more.

Yoga was and still is, other systems of work with the body, in which I liked dance with myself and my partner more.

In the area of ​​2013 I went for the first time to Vipassana under Peter ... After the service. I liked this practice, nothing superfluous.

The following two courses in 2017 and 2018. And now I think this is the basis.
