Hi! I'm a pretty regular guy, I work from home and spend most of my time just trying to catch up on my mountain of projects. I live with my wife, three cats, a dog, and a handful of fish in a tiny pond out back. We are in an older and pretty quiet neighborhood right off of a main roadway here in town, so getting around is easy (walk to Trader Joes) but you can also sit out in a hammock and enjoy the trees and birds.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I found CS back in 2011, and loved the idea. Since then, through this service, I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. I'm going to stay on here, hosting, and traveling, as long as this gem of a service exists, and in the mean time I'm sure I'll continue to meet more and more awesome people.

Interesses

Motorcycles, Aviation, Nature, Sciences, disk golf, and a lot more. I'm happy to introduce you to any of the above and will talk your ear off about them all unless you stop me.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music: Varied and very open ended, I really like a whole spread from Daft Punk, to John Denver, to Styx, to Blind Guardian. My all time favorite though is Streetlight Manifesto, a Ska band. I have all of the above and more on vinyl and will happily put them on for you, or have you pick out and play whatever you'd like.

Shows/Movies: Also varied, but LOTR takes the cake.

Books: I'm a Tolkien nerd, so LOTR and all his other works. Also a fan of books related to my hobbies.

Inside the US I've been to many national parks, seen a lot of the states, and ridden many of her best roads on the bike. Outside the US I've hiked the the Rainbow Mountain and Machu Pichu in Peru, spent a week on a motorcycle riding around the volcanic highlands of Ecuador, and survived the London underground.

I love to teach people things, it's a blast. So if you come spend time with me and want to learn something that I know anything abut I'll do my best to help. I'm always happy to teach people the dying art of driving stick.

If that means leaving you alone then that we'll do, if you'd like to be shown around the city then we'll do that too (if we are free).
