Hey there! Currently in the process of moving from Norfolk, VA to Traverse City, MI, and taking a month long breather in between in Asheville, NC. Four years after the pandemic landed me back in my hometown in Virginia, I found an opportunity in Michigan that will allow me to rekindle my love for growing food and living in closer relationship with the land! Until then, I'm savoring this month off in the mountains and recharging before heading up to the wintery Great Lakes :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Hopping back on Couchsurfing to formulate a quick adventure to see one of my favorite bands, Portugal. The Man, in DC. I bought these tickets before I knew I was moving, so now that I'm no longer a 4 hour drive from the show I need to get creative!

In a perfect world, there's a couchsurfing host somewhere in DC who also loves this band and wants to have an absolutely epic night at the show together. I'm happy to offer my extra GA Floor ticket in exchange for hosting me for the night. Of course, this is not a requirement, I am happy to sell the ticket and go to the show solo too. I don't plan to be in town long, likely just for the night, but would love to hang with my host, grab some tasty food, down for whatever! I personally don't drink, but I can always go for a good mocktail!

Intereses

I love seeing live music, hanging in a hammock on a sunny day, enjoying delicious food with friends. I love connecting with nature through camping, hiking, or just picnicking in the grass. I appreciate simple living, resourcefulness and care for the natural world and ourselves. I value connection and community and cherish quality time spent with loved ones. <3
