Hey all,

I'm Lachlan (Mas Lok in Indonesia) and I'm a university student from Australia who travels to Indonesia for study every 6 months. I'm currently studying at UKSW in Salatiga doing my third course in Indonesian language. I'm a super active person and am always full of energy and up for any activity.

My main interests are anything related to my studies, so I love learning bits and pieces of all different languages and culture. I also love my history and international politics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing provides a great opportunity to meet all sorts of different people from all parts of the world, with whom I can continue expanding my knowledge of different cultures and langauges.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been scuba diving in three different countries, from the Red Sea in Egypt to the Great Barrier reef in Australia and most recently the wreck of the USAT Liberty in Tulamben, Indonesia.

I can teach my knowledge of the English language, especially after having learnt around another 2 languages. Furthermore I'm always up for a good chat or intellectual talk.
