I'm Lalaina, I'm living in the countryside of Auvergne in France with my husband Nicolas. It's a nice place for nature lovers !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We travelled with my husband Nicolas for 6 months by train through Europe and Asia in 2012 using CS. Thanks to CS we met very nice people and it really helped us to feel comfortable in new places. We would like to welcome travellers in return now, to provide you a place where you can meet locals and a warm couch!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had several experiences of couch surfing. We've been hosted in Helsinki, St-Petersburg, Moscow, Olkhon, Ulaanbaatar, Tbilissi, ... . All the people we met through CS were very nice and kind. We could easily shared many moments altogether.

Interests

We really enjoy music, cooking, going to bars and café, having parties and good meals with friends , red wine with good meals and cheese ^^, talking and debating on many subjects, sharing ideas, hiking, nature, watching good movies, playing cards, alternative ways of life,...

Nicolas loves playing guitar and music in general.
Lalaina sings (and plays a bit guitar as well). She is really interested in ecological building as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Preparing our trip !

Sleeping and waking up 3 times in front of the Baikal lake in a tent, with so wonderful lights.

Getting a house for 8 days in Cappadocia from a stranger we met by hitch hiking.

We can go around nearby.
Nico loves cooking too...he used to work in a Café! so if you want to try our recipes and share yours, come at our place.
