I having been a part of this community for many years and generally being one of those people who tries to talk with every slightly friendly face I see on the road, on the tour, in the museum and so on.

I have come to the realization that I don't care about cultures, I don't care about religions.
I don't care about countries, I don't care about money. and food isn't that important to me.

What is most important to me is seeing happy people, fascinated people, people who are driven, profficient or contend.
No one is any of this all the time, we all have our faults and problems.

A great feeling is when we can help another person, and it is even the more powerful when it is someone we admire. A great feeling is when we feel part of a group. A great feeling is when we feel trust.

Be helpful, admire the little things, be dependable

Listen to your own feelings, not the ones you are expected to have. Be flexible and remember from a certain point of view all experiences are good.

This is the way I try to live my life, it says nothing about my negative sides, because who are courageous enough to expose them straight up, so hey lets talk about that over a beer ;)

Logan Bread Recipe:

Melt slowly:
05.3oz 150g Margarine
03.5oz 100g Honey
04.4oz 125g Glucose
02.5cu 006dl Milk

Mix this into large bowl with:
17.6oz 500g Whole wheat flour
10.6oz 300g Wheat flour
04.3oz 120g Soy flour
04.5oz 130g Desiccated coconut
07.0oz 200g Whole rye flour
02.0ts 002ts Salt
05.3oz 150g Diced and dried apricots
03.5oz 100g Diced hazelnuts
03.5oz 100g Raisins
05.3oz 150g Diced chocolate

Pour the mix into a greased "thingy" in a approximately 1'' / 2-3cm thick layer.
Bake for one to one and a half hour at 275F / 180C in
a preheated oven.
