ABOUT ME

I am a single mom of the cutest toddler in the world! And, yes, I may be slightly biased. I am both sides of the figurative coin. I love adventure, travel, and spontaneity, while also being grounded and offering my son a stable home life.

I have recently made it my life goal to live every day as if I were a fortune cookie and I love to seek adventure in everything I do. I'm willing to try anything once, especially when it comes to food. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and love to seek out the best restaurants and food haunts. I also love to cook and share my passion of food with others. I am just as comfortable eating at a fine dining, gourmet restaurant as I am a hole-in-the-wall no-name taco joint.

I get along with virtually everyone I meet, as long as they are not close-minded or ethnocentric. Basically, I love to laugh and I love to experience every minute of life. I like to share life with others and to get to see the world through their eyes as well.
