Overview
About Me
I am a twentyfour year old swiss girl. My absolute dream would be to know everything about the world and to visit every country and every city and every place.
During my Bachelor studies in geography & Sustainability I discovered my deep interest in anything connected to food, from understanding the immense consequences of the globalized food system and its effects on people all around the world to simply cooking meals for family and friends. I love gardening, seeing how my vegies grow and what diversity there is compared to the regular shelve found in any supermarket.
I am easy going, low maintenance, a little naiv and I like to laugh. I love being outdoors. I used to climb and go on bike tours through Europe. Lately I've started to like hiking (eypecially when rope bridges and steep cliffs are involved).
I also like architecture and art, any form of being creative really.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of staying with locals and getting a better look into their life and culture. It feels so much more personal and real than staying at a hostel that might just as well exist in another city halfway around the globe.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like alternative music. Sometimes I prefer rather calm music, but then again I also love french and finnish rap and spanish music. I haven't completely found my favourite type of music yet but I'm working on it :) For me it really depends on the people I'm with and the situation.
I don't really watch that many movies but when I do then I prefer any movie over horror movies. I like it when movies are inspired by the lives of real people (one more reason against horror movies) or when they depict other cultures and countries. Same goes for books: of the few books that I own at least half of them are about travel and/ or food.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- loudly singing 'aux champs elysées' while walking down the champs elysées
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm very interested in learning about dishes and the food culture of your home region!
In return I could show you how to ferment veggies :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
A home cooked meal, a conversation about the world, a glass of wine, a walk around town, and most importantly a nice couch & blanket
