About Me
Hello Everyone! My name is Laura, I'm 26 years old. I love arts, I love traveling to new places and to have amazings moments around nature. I also love volleyball, if I’m in Medellin I usually play at least once a week beach volleyball and once regular volleyball with my friends, you can join! 🏐
One of my favorites things in the world is to dance so if you have some kind of dance you wanna teach me, please do!! 🩰🪩💃🏽I love music too, I started learning how to play violin when I was 4 and later I tried a little bit of piano as well. I also love singing so I’m always up for a Karaoke night 🎤
I lived 16 years in Bogotá, 1 year in Santa Marta, 9 in Medellin (The most ‘chimba’ city in Colombia), and after a 5 months NYC adventure I’m based again in Medellin but I’m often rotating between Bogotá, Medellin and Santa Marta because of visiting my family haha
I enjoy so much to eat! I think I would probably try everything but insects. Mexican, Italian and Korean Food are probably my favorites yet, someday I hope to visit those countries and try as much as I can. Also, I could eat ice cream every single day and for me it’s always a good time for a beer 🍻
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My mother started on couchsurfing when I was 10 years old, she has been hosting a lot of people from different places of the world and I was surprised how each one of them had different stories to tell, different meals to cook, different accents, etc. One of them, an Italian guest, left an important mark on me and I think he changed my way of thinking for good, he opened my mind and I was grateful for it.
So... I'm here because I believe that when you share your life with others it really do change lifes. I would like to visit every corner of the world and I would like to live the experience with cotidianity and good friendships.
