ABOUT ME
I am a very open-minded and inquisitive person, I am grateful to have a childlike sense of wonder. I am yet to find anything that compares to the inner freedom and excitement I feel when I travel to a new place.
I can be really sociable and spontaneous and I enjoy to meet people of all backgrounds, share stories, have friendly debates, update my life philosophies, drink craft ale, dance the night away.
I listen intently to people because I believe everyone is full of discoveries and I enjoy nothing more that a honest, deep, interesting conversation.
I believe the beauty of raw cultural experiences are extremely precious and I am a risk taker.
I am passionate about many things, inducing social injustice, the environment, mental health, creating a world for every creature to thrive. I am a believer in humanity.
PHILOSOPHY
Weird is wonderful.
I'm sure everyone has a story I can learn from.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCH SURFING
I've been off the Coach Surfing radar for a few years... I'm pretty excited to be editing my profile to get back involved. I can host in the new year, I've just moved from Bradford to Leeds...I don't know too much about Bradford but there are some beautiful parks, a great museum and lots of events and groups happening... We can explore the city together.
COUCHSURFNG EXPERIENCE
I have some treasured memories surfing in Poland and I had some good laughs and some great food. Its a wonderful way to connect with people and nature, and I love that it is based on generosity and learning experiences and not money .

The chances are I haven't heard of many mainstream movies and music because I have been living under a rock.
......haha I never remember the names of films but i remember the stories "that one where that person got on a train...." :)
Music : Folk, live music, random local bands, rock, pop, country, 60's, 70's, 80's. 90's, anything that makes me smile, dance or think differently. Always open to new suggestions.
Films - psychological thrillers, real life stories, autobiographies, historical dramas.
Books - so many.... I have a growing pile to read... Currently reading The Doors of Perception - Aldous Huxley.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in a small rural community in Kenya with amazing, generous, passionate local people. One morning we watched the sunrise from a mountain in the middle of the rain forest together, I have never felt such peace and solidarity, such a magical moment in my life.
