ABOUT ME

Well, being Buddhist governs me. I try to be kind and thoughtful in everything I do. I go at a gentle pace most of the time and avoid crowds. Drink rarely and don't tolerate drugs. I really like Americans and Canadians. Looking to do a month in Thailand in 2015. I paint and am politically active.

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the moment for we have absolutely no control over yesterday or tomorrow.
