About Me

French girl, back from Madagascar to settle in the Berry -maybe one of the most rural and French area you may find in France.
I grew up near the Loire and I love to be there, to walk in the countryside and in small villages.
Actually I also love travelling -how inexpected in this website !- in Europe and abroad !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To open my door to people travelling, to travel myself and meet some people, because sharing maybe the best way to travel !

Interests

Walking, reading, hanging out on some bars, sharing time with friends and meet new ones !
I like travelling, wich is quite common for couchsurfers ;)
I also like walking, in cities and on the countryside.
I like being outdoor, on my feets, on a bike or in a kayak when I can (wich is not very often for the last).
I like tinker, doing usefull things with my hands.

I usually work in social field, and love to share points of view about plenty of subjects (politic, history, etc).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm fond of folk, punk rock music and bluegrass. But I won't impose it to you if you come home :p
I also listen plenty of things, from dubstep to rap. And you cannot make me happier than when sharing your tastes in music with me.

I read fantasy and science-fiction books (Pratchett is probably one of my Gods in theses fields), as far as contemporary novels.
And some unknown things that I found in secondhand booksellers... Don't drive me in or you will lost me there for days.

I don't watch so much films and my film culture is actually quite a shame. Please, I need good advices about what to see !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I actually find it quite amazing when I manage to cook some pasta without incident, but I don't think this is what we are supposed to be proud of ?
I spend some time in Madagascar far away from a shower and (most of the time) electricity : this may be a bit amazing ? But not really easy to greet couchsurfers, i have to admit it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn new things, from stupids jokes to mechanics, from cooking recipies to history.
I can teach you French, especially when failling in English :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

A room, because that's first what we are looking for when couchsurfing.
We can share drinks ! And walks in the city where I live (wich change quite often), discovering streets and monuments, little alleys and landscapes.
I can give you some tips about what to do in the city (but I cannot say that it will be specially good advices :p)
And I can stun you with plenty of questions about your life because I'm a bit curious with people I meet ! (but don't be afraid, I can also be very silent and discrete if you need to rest or anything).
I'm curious of nearly everything (except maybe ugly spiders. I'm not very curious about ugly spiders) and will love to discover whatever hobby you want to share.
