Born in Hertfordshire where I was brought up until I was 9 then we moved up to Manchester - very much a mixture of North and South! Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Relatively new to this community - Have surfed a little and am now opening up the house to host. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Surfed 1) Sanna (Hamburg) 2) Ulrike (Berlin) 3) Hans (Nürnberg) 4) Elias (Muscat) 5) Jeremy (Dubai) 6) Yusuf (Amsterdam) 7) Lieke, Rob & Bowie (Velp) 8) Alex (Cambridge) Hosted 1) Sean & Alec (USA) 2) Martin (Ecuador) 3) Jeonghun (South Korea) When I arrived in Hamburg last September I had a great first couch surfing experience staying at a host for four nights whilst I sorted out arrangements for accommodation! Also surfed in Berlin when on the way to Warsaw for a stag due and in the Gulf having visited a friend in Muscat I have hitchhiked twice before 1) From Sheffield to Krakow via Ljubljana 2) From Sheffield to Sofia via Bratislava Looking forward to more chances to stay in different cities with interesting hosts!!
