Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I feel like this is one of the best platforms to immerse oneself into another culture when traveling. While I have a bucket list of places I want to go and see, it is through connecting with people that these places gain context and deeper meaning for me. I am new to the app but can attest to the value of opening ones home to people I don't know and how beneficial it can be in the pursuit of becoming a better citizen of the world.
