I listen to classical music when I need better concentration and I want my brain to work well. Sometimes I listen to binaural beats to get in certain energy. Sometimes I just meditate in a silence or listen to sounds of nature. I live many types of music depending on a mood.

I have spent 8 months in Shaolin martial arts academy in China.
