VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !!! I have SOME RULES for my guest, before you send me a request, PLEASE read carefully,once you decide to send me a request, it means you accept my rules: 1, I don't accept request from guests without any recognizable photo; 2, If you come with your friend(s),please give me enough information about them; If you're a couple, please let your gentelman do this request thing; 3, Respect your host's privacy. 4, Quiet hour 11:00pm---7:00 am, unless you have special needs such as to catch an early bus, train or flight; 5, No food cooking in bedroom ,eating is ok; 6, I prefer my guest could take a shower before go sleeping after a whole day's outdoor activities, especially in summer. Of course you can still take shower in the morning if you like, 7, Shower time should be no more than 10 minutes; 8, When you use AC, please keep the temperature in the room above 24 degrees celsius; 9, I expect a POSITIVE reference from you as long as I dont offend you deliberately during your stay. It's a basic politeness a well educated man should have.

I can show you arround my neighbourhood or city, depends on my schedule. because I have a full time job to take care of. I can give you some advices and information on sightseeing arround Nan Ning or other chinese city.
