Hi everyone. My name is Elena, friends call me Lena. Currently I'm volunteering in Germany helping people with disabilities (till the end of August’ 2023). So far I cannot host you but I am work on it. Es tut mir leid, but WGs is about neighbourhood and my apartments mates are strongly against any guests.

I learn German and strongly interested in Sorbische Kultur.

Please note that as a host in Russia I can only help you when the war is over (hopefully soon) coz now I am living abroad.

I do often travel, and when I am at home I would be happy to help by hosting you in St. Petersburg. I have 2 beautiful cats (sorry, if you are allergic, I can not host you), and we live in an amazing communal apartment (!please google what it means) in the center of St. Petersburg. We have everything for a typical communal apartment: a shower in the kitchen, old ladies as neighbors, soviet style design, stucco and stove (formerly fireplace), and even a duty schedule! Do not worry, it can be a lot of fun;)

How to play streetball or basketball or how to apply for travel grants. I can charge you with my energies or be a good listener if you want to share sth that what's bothering you. At the same time I'm very respectful of personal space and if you want to be in silence, I will not disturb your peace. I always have with me a mountain of books that I am ready to read. I can easily share books and music that are relevant to me now. I am ready to bring souvenirs from Russia or country where I cutrrently stay (if you want something specific, feel free to write me)
