About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I’m a chef, taking a time off from the professional kitchens to explore food and culture around France.
I’m going to stay 4 days in Dijon, visit the Edmond Fallot mustard factory and take walks around the city.
After that I’m going to visit a friend in Mâcon for a week.

ABOUT ME

My curiosity in getting to know: “what do we eat and why?” took me to a journey in many different kitchens as a chef. The endless combinations of cooking are wonderful. Dishes tells stories.
And for those stories its why I’m traveling.

I lived in Dubai for 5 years working in a hotel, then I’ve been working in Ireland for 6 months, after I did a volunteer project for 3 months in an eco-village in the Netherlands and now I’m about to finish one month experience cooking in a family house/hotel in Noisy-sur-Ecolé in France.

My main research is about food, but I enjoy things like a good chatting, artistic tours, anything that envolves music, walking around a city observing the old buildings and architecture amazes me. And sharing life experiences. Is always about teach and learn.
