About Me
Hello everybody ! My name is Léonie, I am 24 years old and I live in Lille. I have a Master 1 in Political Science and next year I want to do a Master 2 in Humanitarian. I do a lot of odd jobs like saleswoman, housekeeper or waitress and I love to try and discover new things! I like to read books especially police books, I like to run around when the weather is nice, watch movies, drink beers with my friends, visit museums, spend time with my family and travel. I am also member of two associations: A first called ' Mounira' , which brings medical aid to Burkina Faso and a second called ' Une touche d'espoir ' ( A touch of hope ) which helps the homeless in Lille.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I registered on Couchsurfing because I like meeting new people, traveling and discovering new cultures. Meeting people who know the city in which I am is a great experience because it's these people who know the unusual, nice and not tourist places of the city. Also, welcoming people at my house allows me to do the same and make discover my beautiful city: Lille!

Teach, Learn, Share
I have always wanted to learn a lot of languages and that is why I started to learn English, German and Spanish. But I think you can only become excellent when you practice. And for that traveling seems to be a very good way to learn, very playful :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
It also works in the opposite direction, I hope to help some people wishing to speak French which is really not easy to learn !
It would also be nice to discover the foreign cuisine and the atypical dishes of each country! For example, in the north, the typical dish is called " Welsh" and consists of bread, ham, beer and cheese and it is excellent! I swear ! :)
