About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Recently launched my own travel company! Please ask me about it! :)

ABOUT ME

I am a free spirited and easy going person. I LOVE to travel, yet I haven't been able to do much of it until recently. I'm young at heart and have a desire to learn about everything and everyone! I love learning about new cultures and meeting new people. I have lived in several states in the USA. Hawaii has to be my most favorite place I've lived. Someday I hope to live in another country. Currently looking at Spain as a possibility.

PHILOSOPHY

Live by the golden rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated. It's quite simple. Also to live each day as if it were your last....for one day you'll be right.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new and interesting people

Interests

I'm an artist and like to create things from my experiences, whether it be drawing, painting or assemblage projects from what some might think is garbage. I'm currently a wearable art artist and have been in several shows and galleries with my pieces. I'm hoping to submit to the world of wearable art show in New Zealand someday. I love to see new places and experience new people, cultures, foods, sights, art, and everything unique each place has to offer. It's the simple things in life that I love the most.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Hawaiian music, reggae, country, classic rock and the old stuff like Frank Sinatra. I'll pretty much listen to anything that has a good sound to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a bartender in a major motion picture. The movie is called "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates".

AMAZING PLACES I'VE BEEN

Arches National park was some of the best hiking in the most unique landscape I have ever seen. A definite must see and that was just a pit stop along the way on a no destination road trip I went on. Wish I had planned more days there!

Maui....everything about Maui is amazing. I miss living there. Swimming in lagoons with waterfalls is one of the best experiences ever. It's refreshing and uplifting. Especially when you know where to go where there aren't going to be many people there because they don't know how to find it. :) I lived on Oahu as well, but it wasn't as unique as Maui and was so crowded everywhere you went.

Tulum and Coba Mexico. The Mayan ruins are amazing. The history and culture of its people are fascinating. I really enjoyed my time there.

Spain...what isn't there to love about Spain. I think my most favorite place I went in Spain was Malaga. I love the beach, the atmosphere, and the pace of life there. Wonderful people, great food and just overall an amazing place.
