ABOUT ME

My name is Lera, I'm 22 years old. Im a dancer: i'm practice by myself, teach children, i give workshops in Russia, dance in Evolvers crew. Also i had a chance take a part of Russian TV shows, one time by myself second time with crew.
I'm a vegetarian and very interesting about food and how it connectedly with our health.
Also i practise yoga and meditation, love walking and try be in moment. In love with motivation books, people, videos i believe, that this is one of the best benefit that the above.
I have a hobby to shoot and make videos and take pictures.
I have a dream to travel around the world, hope couchsurfing can help :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing it's an amazing thing for people. It is a chance to travel cheaper, to meet new people around the world, to practice languages. I'm always happy when people help me with host. Me too try to help them with something.

Interests

Well, im vegetarian and really interesting in food, how it can help us to be more active and healthier, and how it can kill us.
Im a dancer my main style of dance is waacking. Also I a dance teacher, performer, battle dancer, and work on scene. I am a member of "Evolvers crew", it is a really amazing and famous team around the world.
I was on dance TV shows twice and it was really cool experience.
I love travelling. Love reading and watching motivation books, movies.
