ABOUT ME

I am currently traveling and teaching English in Southeast Asia. I'm very friendly, up for new adventures and experiences, open minded and eagar to travel.
I have a younger sister who is one of my best friends and a network of very supportive and warmhearted friends and family behind me.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to have stories to tell. I want to look back on my life when I'm old and not be disappointed with the chances I didn't take. I want to love, and love in everything I do. I've had a good life so far, and I have been very fortunate, my philosophy is to not take anything for granted, realize what I have and take advantage of every moment, chance and experience in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing (and traveling outside America in general).
I know many people who have been couchsurfing and all have great experiences and reviews, which is partly why I have signed up.
I guess if you're going to travel and experience the world, what better way than to imerse yourself into the culture by staying with someone local, and getting the inside scoop that travel guides leave out, or couldn't embody.

Interests

I enjoy lots of different thing, and am up for trying new things.
I love to go hiking, especially when a body of water is in the scenery. Being by the water has always been a love of mine. Whether it be the ocean, lake, pool, or river.
Photography is also an interest and passion of mine, although I wouldn't label myself as a professional. Simply a girl who enjoys the excitement of getting that perfect, original photo that embodies so much more then what the naked eye can see.
Music is another thing that I enjoy a great deal. Singing in the car, listening to acoustic guitar, concerts, there's just something about a good song that makes even the worst of days better.
