Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love to travel but it can get expensive. This is a great way to find a place to sleep but to also get to know people from different places and be introduced to their world, their experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

Love teaching/doing yoga and pranayama, meditation, love to learn languages and dance, love culture and spicy foods. Into spirituality and the universe. I don't eat dairy, gluten, sugar, corn, soy, nor anything processed so I've become a bit of a holistic kitchen whiz.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Herbal supplementation knowledge, yoga postures for different physical ailments and sore spots, very random concoctions of holistic food stuffs, ridiculous stories, awkward puns and someone (me) to laugh at.
