HOSTING UPDATE 2026
I have a quite busy and demanding job which kind of limits me from hosting but I keep my Maybe status open for when I can. I only reply to requests if I think I can host you and be the hostess I want to be for you. So please be couraged to write still. ❤️ - especially if you want to celebrate Midsummer here in 2026.

Also will attend a CS wedding in 2026. My German now best friend surfed my couch back in 2018 for Midsummer. We have spent every Midsummer since then together. She moved to Sweden to attend university and met her soon to be husband. The world is not that big when we have things that unites us, right?

WHO AM I?
I'm basically a very positive person with a mission to promote happiness. I love meeting people, travel, enjoy small things around me and to party (sometimes) but I also have a deeper side which you will discover when we meet.

However I find happiness in the smallest things like nature, sun, music, a bonfire on the beach, and helping others.

I love music, especially reggae, afrobeat, drum and base and shout out if you're a Electric Callboy fan 🦄

PHILOSOPHY
Happiness comes from allowing yourself to appreciate many small things not just the big ones. And anyone can be happy but it takes daily work. Visualize what you want, say it out loud or even put a photo of it on your door so you see it every day. By reminding yourself constantly you will rewire your brain to look for a way to get your goal. And when you don't know where to start, start by changing small things around you - like the way you walk home from work or the grocery shop and try to ask yourself what you FEEL like doing because we often get stuck THINKING our way forward. If it feels good it is a good thing.

Huge believer in intuition. And I hope my positive mindset rubs off on you :)

Happy to host anyone who shares some common interest or passion for music. I've got a pretty intense work so I prefer weekends. I don't go sightseeing with guests anymore but I'm happy to help you with tips on where to go to make your day and happy to share a meal back home in the evening. If you're into dnb then let's go out!

My friends are gems and used to me bringing couchsurfers so you might feel like hanging out with friends here.

It would be great to get to know you a bit before meeting so we can hangout just like that old friend you haven't met for years who just happens to be in town ;)

I often bring people together in fun activities and love to see what good can come from mixing great people with different nationalities, background etc. I host, I give, I learn and I see CS as a pool of awesome people I just have to dive into head on! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a lot on my own, hosted, gone to meetings and met up with CS people in Stockholm and all around the world. I even found new best local friends with shared interest in Stockholm on CS. And when I moved to Central America, CS brought me my first there friends. It's really just a bridge to amazing people, all you have to do is to dare.

Drum and base (dnb), techno, reggae, afrobeat, hip hop, metalcore, power metal, basically Electric Callboy and Beast in Black 🤘🏽 Guilty pleasure: 90s Eurodance. In the kitchen: vocal jazz or deep house.

MOVIES/TV:
Give me all of your K dramas. Everything Everywhere At Once and similar Mind.F. movies. Stand up comedy and documentaries. I do watch a lot of reality TV and love Dragrace.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working on my positive attitude after deciding one day I wanted to be more happy as a person. And then travelling alone 8 times in 1 year, living with 3 Italian families and 1 Portuguese. Meeting lots of new friends all over the world and sharing magical time-stopping moments with them. I've gotten 7 tattoos in 1 year from different parts of the world and quit my life in Sweden to move to Mexico to learn Spanish with my life in 2 bags and no return ticket. I almost got married over there, I was 2 hours away but I trusted my gut feeling that my life was supposed to take another direction and so it did. My two god children in Jamaica <3 I've had hard moments and still kicked my ass out of bed to turn my life around. And no matter how many heartbreaks I've had, I still believe in love and happiness :)

I can cook and I happily do so for hosts and guests, even if it's just for breakfast.

I always want to improve my Spanish. I guess I need dancing and cooking classes. But I love to learn about whatever you're passionate about so please tell me. And please share your favorite music with me!
