I hail from the small British island of Guernsey, currently in the middle east, looking to go central asia and Russia afterwards. Life is good.

I have enormous joie de vivre. I love to meet new people, to travel, to camp, explore and spend good time with good people. I am compassionate and love to listen. I love kids: their natural joy makes my heart sing.

I love to write - I write for two blogs - and I love to read, a mixture of fiction and philosophy and classics. At the present moment I am reading The Iliad and 1001 Arabian Nights.

I also love red wine and cold beer.
