ABOUT ME

After having spent the last 3 years back in my wonderful home state of WV, working for women's reproductive justice, I am finally embarking on a journey through China. Since studying Mandarin for 7 years, it is high time I put all those learning years to some good use. I will explore China as much as I can with the hopes to eventually engage in work that helps people live better lives.

Update: it's 2015 now and I work for American Friends Service Committee doing youth and anti-racism organizing in WV. I have a gorgeous daughter named Lucia who is almost 3. My how time flies.
