It is actually two of us as Yuli and me go everywhere together (she is from Russia, my partner in crime 😄) but of course sometimes is only me. We have been base in Russia for the last couple of months from where we went out and in visiting different locations near Russia. However it is time to move again and we are heading to Asia and new adventures are around the corner (update: now we are base in China for who knows how long so you are welcome to stay with us 😊). Love traveling and getting to know the places from its food and its people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Coz I heard about it a lot from different friends and I have host some friends at home already (not from coachsurfinf but my friends from the cruiseship where I used to work) and it was so much fun to take then around the city so they got to know my place from its people and its food and not only the turistic attractions. I believe this is a cool way to share experiences of traveling and learning as everyday we all learn something new 🙂.

Music, Movies, and Books

To be honest the only book I have read nonstop was "Harry Potter" 😆 but in the other hand Yuli has read books I have never heard about plus she is most of the time reading or re-reading books she obviously has read 😶 (she just loves reading)
Update: something in China switched my brain to reading and lastly is on of the things I often do (most of these books are related to Chinese history)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skidiving in Aruba,
Hiking 65 km uphill to Emeishan and sleeping over a monastery on the way to the top (Sichuan, China).
Visiting the golden bridge in Da Nanag, Vietnam.
Watching the sunset at Pai Canon (speechless)
Kayaking on the Norwegian fjords (breathtaking)
Atv in the jungle of Cozumel (adrenaline)
Snorkeling with the turtles in St. Thomas
Biking downhill the mount dalsniba in Norway (nothing difficult but yes amazing)
Getting to see the red square in Moscu (it was a dream)
Visit the beautiful city of Santorini (breathtaking)
